Key responsibilities

  • To effectively manage clients and partners enquiries, complaints and issues in a timely manner, focusing on customer satisfaction.
  • Interact with customers through phone calls and emails and provide information to client queries.
  • Build rapport with customers by listening actively, question appropriately and by providing updates and feedback.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks and maintain assignments simultaneously.
  • Organize information and data. Assemble and maintain data in the company's shared databases.
  • Work effectively with your team and contribute to accomplishing assignments.
  • Identify and solve issues that might arise.
